It’s not a donation to the football club it’s a donation to the trust. the work the Trust does Benefits disadvantaged children and disabled groups in Waltham Forest, you are in such a rush time criticise the club you can’t get the simplest of facts right.

I don't understand why you have fill in a physical form and send it off. It's dead simple to have it all online
Me neither, I think they’re just making it as difficult as possible to get the credit back. I don’t really blame them.
The queue starts at the ticket office, fans camping out in tents, and ends at the bandstand coronation gardens and they all have the name of Ling and Macklin , strange what a coincidence !!
The prices mentioned in the communication shows the full price without the credit.
So I assume We have to pay in full and wait for the club to send us back the ‘credit’ that was offered ??

Don’t hold your breath, i still haven’t got mine from the club for the 19/20 season.

From what I understand, it’s your season ticket cost minus £230. The difference is your credit.

I don’t think so Biggsy, unfortunately I don’t think it’s that simple.
Some weeks back the club announced a “Credit Scheme” and that they would refund the difference between the stream cost ( £10 ) and the Pro Rata cost of a match ticket ( ie your season ticket cost divided by 23) in my case I think it’s about £18 per game.
So I think my credit will be 23 x £8.
But why not advertise and charge fans the NET cost, rather than what I think they’re doing, which is charging the FULL price and then refunding the credit.
As Apple Wumble says, he’s still waiting for a refund from 2 years ago, which isn’t great from our club.
Maybe I’ve got it wrong

That was my understand but on the website it says:
‘ All Season Card Holders who paid £230 or more for their 2020/21 Season Card will be able to apply a credit amounting to the cost of their Card minus the £230 streaming cost for the season. For example, an adult in the Green Inc East Stand who paid £330 for their Season Card will receive a £100 credit to contribute to the payment of their 2021/22 Season Card.’

It roughly works out about right
So, do you reckon we have to pay in full up front and then wait or hope for the club to send us the credit ??

I when I filled it out, I just put I authorise them to take £230. You have to tick that you opted for the credit option.
Buying online is a doddle but it seems like it's a reset for where people are sat. Luckily the seats i normally sit in were still available so bought them again but would've been annoying if I'd lost my right to them because of the transition to a new system.
For better or for worse I've just renewed my season tickets . If our new manager is Calderwood I'll just have to pray he gets it right ( please God let it be Kenny Jackett)
