Not so much a prediction but more of a wish list, Steve Evans for me to make Orient a "nasty" club the opposition hate to play

Dave Challinor if Hartlepool do not get promoted. Should have got him when he left Fylde.

Can’t see him leaving Gillingham for us.

Think Evans kicked off about something on the touchline and refused to shake his hands for the next few matches.

The first questions the prospective manager should ask is:
1) will you allow me to have more than one forward up front
2) can you please allow me to buy at least two decent attacking midfield players
3) and a much better Right Back

Club statement said League 1 and 2 experience so that rules out Challinor.

Lovely shout but we've got no chance . I'm sure he'll probably end up at a championship level club.
