Signing in from deepest, darkest Suffolk for the last time of this funny peculiar season. Can't wait to get back to Brizzie Road next season. Mrs NES & I miss the group around where we sit.
It's stopped raining here, but boy is that wind whipping the waves into "white horses".
COYOs, make us smile.

Afternoon all.
Feel sorry for Jobi with how things have gone but its the right decision to look elsewhere for our next manager. He has lifted the morale but the performances and results haven't been good enough. I am curious about what a rebuild under him would have looked like but oh well. I presume we'll keep only one of Jobi and Danny? I wonder who gets moved out.
Let's see something from the boys today so this season isn't remembered as a total bust.
C'mon you O's!

I am not surprised at all as he has got Son Of DOF in the starting eleven.

The performance and results haven't been good enough, because the team isn't good enough. Big rebuild needed over the summer, imo it's a shame Jobi will not be part of that, but I think his comments about the strength of the squad killed his chances really.

Just showed he didn't have any more skills than Embleton to get the best out of what he had. Going back to basically the same tactics that got the previous guy sacked doesn't inspire much confidence either.
If true that's 1/3 tasks on its way to completion
New manager - check
DoF demotion - tbc
New squad - tbc

Jobi doesn’t deserve the job for picking Ling yet again and leaving Turley out. Idiotic beyond belief.
Awful first 15, ultra defensive (as if you couldn’t guess from that line up) and second best everywhere.

Happe has been truly terrible recently.

As it stands, Salford win and get into play-offs on goal diff.

Almost as if he could use a more experienced partner alongside him or something.

I know you don't like Ling, but you're an idiot if you think picking an injured player would be better.

FGR score a couple of quick goals and it's out of Salfords hands again.

Just remember that Happe is playing through a long term injury. He was never the quickest but his mobility is really limited at the moment because of it. He gets picked and is doing his best whilst also probably being in a fair bit of pain and with the constant worry of making his injury worse. I don't think he wants to be in poor form.

What is this injury? And why the hell is he playing if carrying something that’s impacting his performance so significantly?

What injury and why is he playing?
Why are we endangering the career of a young prospect, whether there's anything on the line or not?
