Seemingly had the most awful abuse by the Ole Bill. Very surprised this case is not all over this Board. Absolutely terrible. Why wasn't Ted Hastings called in? Bloody awful though.

Just heard about the trial on the radio. Surprised it was 5 years ago and also that it has just come to court.

Well I not heard much about this case prior to today. But on hearing the Prosecution's case, I was horrified. Why make such a fuss about the Yankee cops, when it seems we've got the home grown variety. When you add in to the mix that Dalian was a very very sick man, physically and mentally it seems dreadful.

It was indeed a very disturbing case where violence was seemingly meted out disproportionate to what was necessary.
I certainly hope justice will be served for Dalian Arkinson’s family.

Agreed & will be up for parole after serving 2/3rds of his sentence !
