What is that all about anyway? I could understand the sentiment when the Club was on it's knees, but not now, surely.

If I keep having to stand up 5 times minimum a game ill need knew knees very soon

By the time some of the erm more mature fans stand up in the East everyone else is sat down it’s like a unintentional Mexican wave

The idea is to try and get people to be more vocal and get behind the team . What's wrong with that ?

You can be vocal without having to stand up.

Doesn't it refer to the era of Beelzebub and all that goes with it? Not bad for a battle cry I'd say, Rangers/Celtic fans still sing about wars from 400 years ago.

Started well before FB. Was a LOFT slogan nicked by off. I quite like it though, because Brisbane Road can be a library at times.

We don't exactly have a wealth of them. Don't see the problem with it, don't think it being a legacy of the Bechetti era invalidates it.

^That. Think certain people have an issue with it because of who it was popularised by, which is a bit petty.
Also it came about during our legal battle over the Olympic Stadium, f*** all to do with Beelzebub.
