IRON: Howard, Clarke, Bedeau, Gilliead, Loft, van Veen, Brown, Hallam, Beestin, Karacan, Rowe. Subs: Watson, Eisa, Green, Hippolyte, Spence, Howe, O'Malley.

Loft gave us a few problems last time we played them. They also had a good left-back.

Helloooooo from a very windy, deepest, darkest Suffolk. The sea is an angry shade of grey today. I don't think there is much going on at Felixstowe or Harwich ports as I saw a lot of ships on the horizon as I battled the wind on my socially distanced beach walk this morning.

It'll be blowing across Hackney Marshes and Brizzie Road as well. That will cause some problems.

let's hope or players - forwards especially - can find scoring boots to put on today.

Enjoy, fellow boarders, and may we be smiling at the end of the game.

Checking in. I'm strangely hopeful. 2-1 to the boys from Brisbane Road.

Seeing that line-up rather than predict goals maybe we should set our sights a bit lower, how many shots on target will we manage today?

Anyone watching the TV stream yet. It's wet and windy in Leyton. Ollie and team are getting it.

Thought it was a miserable day up here in Norfolk, but looks really horrible in E10.

Look on the bright side at least Jobi is trying to change the formation a little(with one arm tied behind his back).

Sure does and in Norfolk, you've probably got it as bad as us here in Suffolk.

Poor Jobi needs to ask permission from Ling to go for a dump as well. And he can't choose what he has for dinner tonight either cos that's also down to Ling.

Interesting comments from Josh Coulson when interviewed, that the players have really missed the fans in Brizzie Road and the lift they can give in the last 5 mins, chasing a game. Also, the changing and different ko times; not being able to use proper dressing rooms and other things they have to do, because of Covid, have affected the players.

That really did make me laugh, they'd be getting booed off the pitch with the crap they've served up in 2021
