Oh please, just for a second, imagine the reaction if he took on the Head Coach role.

Wouldn’t surprise me but he won’t, because it means he has no one else to blame.

He can step back into the dof role if it doesn’t work out.

Be even funnier when he reappoints Embleton as his assistant manager.

Wouldn’t actually be surprised to see Ross come back in as a coach at some level in the summer

Heh was just saying that to someone else "Martin Ling will take charge of first team affairs until the end of the season with Danny Senda as assistant manager"

At least he'll know what the vision for the recent signings was having picked them in the first place  ;)

Whilst ML is in position I can’t see any satisfactory managerial appointment. ML won’t ever get sacked, he is laughing, so he will play patsy to the owners, who appear, for some reason, to have given him full control over appointments. I really can’t see any external appointment and just an internal shuffle. Such a sad shame. So many decent managers out there that could potentially get us out of L2 - but Ling won’t let them in the building.

Loved it when he played patsy by bringing in that terrible Justin Edinburgh head coach.
