That was filth.

Vigoroux. 6. Nothing to do
Akinola. 6. Did ok defensively but no attacking threat.
Thompson. 6. Gave away the pen. Decent enough game otherwise.
Happe. 6. Did nothing wrong.
Brophy. 6. Livened up when it was too late.
Freeman. 4. Looks a really poor footballer
Macanuff 5. Struggled.
Cisse. 4. Plod plod plod. Has to be dropped.
Kemp. 6. Decent enough first half
Wilkinson. 5. Poor game
Johnson. 4. When he doesn’t score he offers nothing.

Subs. 5/6

Embleton. 1. Off all the things that annoyed me tonight, when we made the substitution with 15 mins left and at 0-0, Embleton was telling Kemp to slow down when coming off the pitch to waste time. Why andWtf is the point. A draw away at Bradford is meaningless as we need wins to get into the play offs. No shots on target the whole game with this ultra negative system we play. He needs to go.

Ref. 8. Had an excellent game. Definite pen.

Bradford. 6. I thought they were pretty average.

In freeman’s defence he is a very good player for our level and I’ve seen it with my own eyes albeit on streams. I must admit not knowing much about him prior to signing for us, but early indications was excellent from my perspective.

What you or I don’t know is what is he being asked to do? What instructions Is he being given? Do those instructions support his natural game or are they contrary to it?

Cisse came to us and he was absolutely immense, now some might say he was looking for a contract. Having seen him live and on streams this season it’s clear that the instructions he’s given are hindering him as his play has more or less gone 360 from where he was to where he is now.

In both cases I’d say it’s the tactics being employed, the instructions given and the roles that both players are being asked to play. We are hampering our players ability to reach the required level hey are capable of due to the roles they are being asked to do.

That’s my opinion anyway.

Same predictable substitution again, Abrahams for Kemp AGAIN
What must the rest of the subs or squad think that they don't get a game when we are either drawing or losing?
You ain't telling me the spirit in the camp is good.

Why sign Tristan and play him out wide? Seems pointless to me.

Agree with most of what you say but not Freeman. I thought he tried hard and at least is capable of making good runs and actually beating opponents.
Ross needs now to swallow his pride and change formation in some way, especially by moving Brophy forward where he can hopefully provide some service to DJ or whoever is up front.
We didn’t have ONE shot on target tonight which is shocking really as Bradford didn’t look that good to me.
We have also scored just once in six games..........the only positive tonight was that we looked strong defensively and Thompson looks a decent signing........the problem as we can all see is offensively where we have a distinct lack of creativity.

Freeman is just like Brophy, they both look good on the ball, but when they then decide to pass or cross they consistently fail to create anything.

I love the way Embleford sets us up to work their goalkeeper. The man is a tactical genius

Well that time wasting is nonsense.
We need a minimum 71 points for the playoffs therefore he should be looking for a win.

Because at the time DJ could have been off to somewhere else or long term injured.

Angol and Sotiriou are injured.

We needed a striker.

Now that DJ is fit and we only play with one striker he either comes on for DJ as a striker or has to be shoehorned into somewhere else on the pitch to get some minutes.

The interview with RE was soleless. When he said “ We continue to progress” he is deluding himself. He continues to say his tactics are right for the team yet offers no explanation why we did not create one shot on target throughout 90 mins play. We have several good players but they are not creating due to the way RE is asking them to play. Opposing team managers know exactly how we play and are easy to read. 1goal in the last 6 games and 3 points is the worst in the division. He should now be looking at himself and his team tactics. He is gradually losing support of the fans and if the current form continues the board

We deserved to lose the game. Bradford were mediocre but were the better side. Orient were painfully predictable and pedestrian. It's as if the players are in a creative straitjacket. Our only plan seemed to be to attempt to create scoring opportunities from set pieces, as if Ross has just discovered Sam Allardyce's tatics manual from 15 years ago. I literally struggled to stay awake watching that utter dross.

Matt Hiscock called it on the commentary, we needed Brophy to be up the field taking players on and trying to create something. Of course it happened after we went behind as we needed a goal, but I’d rather have hoped that we’d have started out with that mentality. One goal in six games says it all.
