That’s Josh Doherty in their back 4. The guy our knowledgeable fans decided wasn’t good enough for us after 45 mins of a preseason friendly 5 years ago

Son of DOF starting yet gain what a f*cking joke.
Embleton hoping that his new signings will hide Son Of DOFs total lack of aptitude, awareness and inability to do what defenders do as a basic and that is tackle opponents regularly.
Please will someone count the amount of actual tackles he makes, I bet you will be able to count them on one hand.
The nepotism at our club is a stain on our clubs reputation.

Difficult one as if Thompson did well on Tues (didn't see it so just going on posts after the game) then I wouldn't change it either tbh

Yep, we're spoiled for choice at the moment. A LB who has probably been our best player over the last few games (forgive him the own goal) and three very good defenders. Do we take advantage of that fact and move Akinola to RB? Nope, we give Colchester the opportunity to exploit the weakness on the right side of our defence. Criminal!

Hold your horses you two. You might have a point in what you both say however, after his performance on Tues you could not possibly drop him. Maybe he had a kick up the arse after the prior game and he responded with possibly his best game for the O's give the man a chance today and back him. Please.

Peace out

All for giving Ling a chance, but who is his competition for the RB spot?

I’d have gone with Akinola at RB and brought in Happe alongside Thompson.

But then again, I’ve not got a dof to keep sweet.

It was very possibly his best game ever. He even done a cross.

But it was still only a 6/10 performance.

Not playing Happe is f*cking criminal.

Ling and shuffle across.

Happe has to start.
