But, hes right, they haven't taken their opportunities at crucial times in the game. Much more clear cut chances than ours. Even RE admitted that. The same in the Salford game when their fella missed an open goal from point blank range. However, both times we have capitalised on that which is a good sign. Of course luck is part of all the games played, even the top European clubs get their fair share

Evedently he and Ross had "words" yesterday.
Sounds like his team losing was everybody else's fault The Hotel, The Club The players anyone but him.....difficult day. They had some good chances yesterday but fluffed their lines too bad.
Think he's still bitter after being interviewed and not getting the job here last season. He was interviewed but we did'nt follow up on it because we apparently received a couple of bad references from his previous clubs.

He’s a Knob. Simples but it doesn’t mark him out from a number of other Managers in this Division, next Saturday for instance.

He may be a knob but he’s right in that they should have won with the clear cut chances they had.
Mind you, if they had shown a bit more ambition they would have created more chances and scored .
I couldn’t really see us scoring either and it had 0-0 written all over it. Their game plan was one of the most defensive I’ve seen for a while and thankfully they got nothing at the end.

I wonder what he was alluding too prior to the game?

I think that football clubs still have access to hotels on long journeys but who cares?

Ignoring all the irrelevant bitching, he is dead right. We had possession because they let us. That's a risky strategy in that when something goes wrong, it does so near your own goal - which is what happened. He is also right, they should have been away clear by that time but missed their chances. So did Salford, there are still problems at the back which may yet cost us dearly.

A friend of mine who's a taxi driver said hotels like the Wardof are open but strickly for business people only

I make him right, they let us have the 70+% possession being crowed about elsewhere (see Mourinho comments about that particular statistic) but we had sum total of 0 shots until the OG changed the game.
We've been very fortunate that both Salford and Morecambe left their shooting boots at home in recent weeks. Take the lucky breaks and the wins for sure but recognising it could easily have been the same scoreline in the other direction.

If that was us that lost the last two games in the way our.opponents did you'd be slating the set-up and tactics, saying how easily the opposition dominated the game and wanting all sorts of changes.
We can't win with you, even when we do.

Impossible to disagree with a word he says about the game, especially when their numerous chances are cut into that montage.
I’d be interested to know what he’s pissed off at us about tho, what the issue was that he had to come to the ground to sort out?

0 shots? Remember a few in the first half.

Clay had a couple of pot shots from the edge of the box, can’t remember too many others?

Bog blocked perhaps? Not a good situation in room share.

Bet he ‘skinned up’ having to pay for a Taxi. Wonder what the ‘problem at the stadium’ was for the urgency of a Taxi?
At Least he had an opportunity to say ‘opportunity’.

Perhaps a bit of luck often in a season goes our way, we have our fair share of bad?

Which bit of the original video in terms of the game (ignore the pre-match nonsense) do you disagree with?
I'll take a win however it comes but come on you'd be deluded to say it was a cut and dried result.

For sure, makes a pleasant change to get the rub of the green for once (or twice even)

He's a moany-faced git and always has been. But there's not a lot to argue with in his analysis of the game. They did let us have a lot of possession, and most of the time they were very well organised. Had they converted their chances they'd have won. But they didn't.
Would love to know what he was on about having to get a taxi to the ground early doors. Maybe they'd assumed that the game would be off and the heroic efforts on the pitch took them by surprise ? Maybe he heard there was to be an inspection and he suddenly decided that he wanted to be there to greet at the ref (that would be in character)?
