I previously suggested the style improvement of
1. No hat particularly on indoor or under floodlights interviews - where the face cannot be seen clearly
2. To minimise facial scratching by using an organic soap to minimise the pretroluem residue causing itching

I agree about the hat. I never understand why people have them ‘glued ‘ to their heads. Unless they are bald like Russell Slade or it is very sunny, or raining. cannot see the point. Seen people wearing them in church!

I don't think we will be able to afford anyone else after we've agreed terms on the new contract that Samling is currently negotiating. Sounds like he's not just wanting to be the highest earner but we're looking at a much bigger package than that.
