Chicken 'Parcel' … chicken breast 'butterflied', stuffing to taste, re-fold, two pieces of bacon and tie into a ball. Very cheap and no waste.
Wife's own recipe 'potato' stuffing to accompany … to die for!!!

Washed down with either a fine Madeira or Mackeson … yes, I'm an old bloke!

Can you still buy Mackeson? I liked that , I find it difficult to buy bottled Guinness in some supermarkets

Cornish baked cheddar with sourdough, mozzarella sticks, 3 types of smoked salmon and mozzarella and artichoke antipasti actually

Starters could be an entire thread by itself to be honest

Bought a stuffed Turkey joint this morning , will have that with roasties , yorkies, pigs in blankets and loads of sprouts , could be a windy Xmas night
