I won't say that the insurgents have been patient, rather they have been dogged. The insurgents started coming to the fore, in the time of John Major's Premiership. They were always a tiny vocal minority, but their whingeing, hectoring and constant pressuring, got them publicity way beyond their size ( but they had many media friends ). Their painting Europeans as Bogeymen appealed to the less intellectual in the UK. They have proved that constant pressure by a small minority, can achieve huge changes. I hope everyone enjoys their new found " freedom " come 2021. Oh! and one of their foremost Bully Boys has just been exonerated from rape charges. As Maggie once said, Rejoice!

I think you should point blame at Milliband junior when he betrayed his own Brother. The rest is history. Think events would have been substantially different.

The Europeans are crappie themselves at the thought of us being free, we will prevail and the United Kingdom will go from strength to strength and that is what they are really concerned about as others will see what we do and will want to copy us.

The thing about democracy is you have to be mature enough to accept it when if it doesn’t go your way as well as rejoice when it does. Where too many people in other parts of the world are unable to do that they end up with something far worse!
No election or referendum is ever free of ambitious claims by each side or ultra-negative views expressed as to what the other side is saying and its impact. Everyone has to make a judgement call to consider all factors before deciding which way to place one’s vote.
Calling foul of the result or implying those who voted for the other side are stupid just comes over as being a bad loser by being unable to accept the result.

I hope the 1% of UK Businesses that DO have plans in place.
