Some fans seem to have an almost ideological hatred for Ross Embleton and Martin Ling, this is despite us winning the NL in our second season and being a few points off the playoffs now. I find the hatred toxic and damaging to the club. How do you feel about it?

Do you believe Ross would get a managers/head coach job at any other club in the football league where Uncle Martin wasn't in charge?

Do you believe Sam Ling would get a contract at any other club in the football league where his dad wasn't in charge?

You are basically asking if a first time head coach has ever got a football league job?

No, it's not a generic question at all, it's very specific.

The criticism is well deserved and will not stop until he is gone, your pissing against the wind in trying to stop it. It is not hatred, just frustration that it is clear as daylight that boss is anything but. Nigel and Kent will have to bite the bullet sooner rather than later, they are not fools.

Perhaps we should sack all our managers for losing two league games in a row and see how far we get.

A trifle too hard, lol.

Do the panel agree that even with no fans in the ground the spirit of their moaning and negativity can sometimes be heard on the breeze?

Whilst the bravery of the O's players who fought in WWI is notable.

Does Steve Jenkins agree that the war was a futile imperialist enterprise which led to the unecessary slaughter of millions of working class soldiers.

What does the Panel think about the merits of squad rotation versus a more settled lineup? Is squad rotation working for the O’s?

In the case of WW1 Max I would think almost everyone would agree with your assessment.

I disagree with this ‘hatred’ mantra. ‘Hatred’ is a very strong word to substitute for constructive criticism in my view. Theatre and film critics are not referred to as ‘haters’. We would never have any pundits on TV as what is there role if not to challenge things?

To KT
Are you satisfied with RE’s performance?
Are we under achieving, in your view?
Are you satisfied with the quality of football we are serving up?
Why don’t we reduce the number of coaches and put the savings towards the players budget?
Why is this talented squad getting beaten by very average sides?
Finally, thank you KT and NT for continuing to back the club.

When the Haters who love Hating are satiated,
How long do you think it will be before there
Hatred starts again on the next man in charge ?

A week, a month, 2 defeats & a draw ?

R O S S has rung the changes in personnel and formation since our fine win against Bolton, but do the panel think the squad is actually too big and R O S S is almost feeling obliged to make changes and give players games when we would benefit from a settled side at least in League Two matches.

Do you think social media & Internet fan boards are a hindrance to clubs with predictable lame posts like this one?
