That sounds more like 4-4-1-1 if you want Ruel to roam and leave the right flank. Actually Ruel roaming a bit, i like. With my formation the two wing backs cover both wide flanks and Jobi can have Cisse and Clay close to him in the middle but also one can help support our defenders and that still leaves a flexible four in midfield. It's known as movement around the pitch or a diamond.
In a flat back four our full backs are national league level in a wing back formation there may be a spot for Sam.
Jobis days on the wing have come back, that was my main reason for posting this line up. Judd is the hardest tackler we have. TBF I'd be happy with Turley at RB but prefer him at CB.
