What a crock of old sh*t. We should stop the season now before we get relegated.

Ross should try resigning, he is an embarrassment to the fans , the club and himself.Story of O wrote: ↑Sat Oct 17, 2020 7:33 pm No creativity in midfield, no threat from the wings until the substutions. Rosss should try 442 from the start and play Brophy in his proper position
Correct . it's not exactly rocket science .Story of O wrote: ↑Sat Oct 17, 2020 7:33 pm No creativity in midfield, no threat from the wings until the substutions. Rosss should try 442 from the start and play Brophy in his proper position
I wouldn’t mind mediocrity but we won’t get even close to that.ComeOnYouOs wrote: ↑Sat Oct 17, 2020 7:46 pm With the window shut till January, no ones coming in, and I cant see R oss being sacked in a million years, so were destined for mediocrity for a long time IMO
Maybe Graham Alexander ?ComeOnYouOs wrote: ↑Sat Oct 17, 2020 7:46 pm Its really obvious, that R oss isnt the answer.....we need a decent Head coach, who's had some experience and some success in the recent past.
We also need some better quality players, and for a start players must be played in their correct positions.
Even with the below standard players we have, we could still be a mid table team under the auspices of the experienced good manager.
In my view, we will be a bottom six team this season, if this is allowed to carry on, and possibly a relegation team too.
Although im ever so grateful for Nigel & Kent saving us from oblivion, I feel this " Orient Family" stuff, is more important to them, than actually being successful.

Yep.Apple Wumble wrote: ↑Sat Oct 17, 2020 7:55 pm Penny slowly dropping for many.
We just have to sit and suffer unfortunately. With all the losses, unless we really are looking like going down which wouldn’t surprise me, we ain’t getting rid. We also ain’t going anywhere. So we sit and hope someone has some bollocks, at some point.
Would love himRedDwarf 1881 wrote: ↑Sat Oct 17, 2020 7:56 pmMaybe Graham Alexander ?ComeOnYouOs wrote: ↑Sat Oct 17, 2020 7:46 pm Its really obvious, that R oss isnt the answer.....we need a decent Head coach, who's had some experience and some success in the recent past.

Great manager for our level, but will be in demand, for league 1 clubs as well. Also he's a dyed in the wool northerner, and wouldnt come and manage 200 miles from homeRedDwarf 1881 wrote: ↑Sat Oct 17, 2020 7:56 pmMaybe Graham Alexander ?ComeOnYouOs wrote: ↑Sat Oct 17, 2020 7:46 pm Its really obvious, that R oss isnt the answer.....we need a decent Head coach, who's had some experience and some success in the recent past.
