Martin Ling has had Covid & is on the way back to good health

One loan may come in

Really good Q&A session. Very honest as ever, we are lucky to have these guys running our club.

Ling looks like he's been ill lost quite a bit of weight by the look of it.

EPL have commited to a £50 million loan/grant scheme
With leagues 1 & 2 ( not formally ) confirmed .

Nigel spoke well and basically agrees with everything I've said about the proposal. Bow down to me.

Very worrying that Martin Ling thinks we have a good squad and expects them to finish top half. We only have about half the team playing out of position and a bloke who shouldn't be a footballer at right back. Other than that, it's great.

I think our squad is decent on paper, just wish Rosss would play them in their right positions

I wonder how that session would've gone had the Big Picture proposal still been on the table at the time of the Q&A

Personally i think we have a good shout for top 3 with a bit of tinkering.

Nigel did`t rule out B-teams.

Yeah really disappointed in that, not sure what fairy story scenario he thinks there can be where you add B teams in and EFL clubs won't be adversely affected. No point being financially sustainable if you rip the soul out of football.

Just have shorter less profitable seasons that will eventually
cost us far more money or keep replacing then with small
Unsupported clubs who struggle from Non League ?

I’d sooner 12 teams don’t go to the wall. That is the priority.

I think we have a squad capable of a top half finish. I think we are playing to a system that is a bottom half finish.

I’d sooner 12 teams don’t go to the wall. That is the priority.

No teams need go to the wall if the government would allow limited numbers of fans to return.
Crazy to think that Yesterday there was a music event allowed at the London Palladium with a large crowd present and another at the Albert Hall where football fans were sat socially distanced listening to Arsene Wenger.
Where is the consistency ??

I think we have a squad capable of a top half finish. I think we are playing to a system that is a bottom half finish.

Add squad management to that second bit and it's a fair summary.

Football and Leyton Orient will be finished to me the second a ‘b’ team player kicks a ball
in anger in English football, It’s quite simple.
