i think i heard that Nigel was in favour of a artificial surface at Brisbane road in the future. If so we could possibly use the pitch as a car park for six days a week which would bring in unbelievable revenue to the club and is much needed in the area😉😁

Excellent idea then just roll out the pitch as per White Hart Lane?

Some of the cars may be defenders. That’ll be a step up.

Alright lads and lasses my maths are crap so correct me on this if you would please.
Long stay 7am to 7pm at £20 per vehicle (too dear?)
10 ×10 vehicles = 100 × £20 = £2,000 per day
× that by 6 days = £12,000 per week
× that by 52 = £624,000 per year

As the Head Groundsman does not have much to do he can do car wash and valet, this would create a approx annual income of £ 700,000 in total.

No decent footballer wants or likes playing on those surfaces. Fact.

That’s a problem we don’t have to worry about. Knock off 30% of any profits, no doubt Bazza will want his cut. Knock off Tax, grease a few palms to bypass neighbours objections. Add staff to look after. Job done.

Like it.
