Football League Trophy (EFL Trophy)
There is still time to stop it.
Waste of time, too many games and should be stopped for the players welfare.

Steve Evans on his EFL Trophy team selection: "“I will make lots of changes. I can’t say it enough, I have no interest in the competition, none whatsoever."
I have always liked him. Top bloke.

Re: Football League Trophy (EFL Trophy)
you aren't ( or weren't in the past). In past a league club got fined for playing too many u23 players in a game against a Premier League U23 side even though Premier League side had more U23 players than EFL club

Looks a half decent team .. Looks like Brophy may be played in his natural position on the wing. Maguire Drew on the other side. Looks like Widdowson maybe played in his natural position at left back. Judd is back. As with the Plymouth line up why does Embleton's reserve teams look better than his first choice with players in their proper positions .. (hopefully !)

Following our win over Wimbledon we are through to the knockout stages regardless of our result at Charlton. We will win the group and have a home time, providing we don't lose by a 3 goal margin or more at Charlton.

Not really paying attention to this competition (other than watching) so I assume we could have interesting game against a decent Championship team, maybe decent streaming revenue.Chelmsford Swimmer wrote: ↑Wed Oct 07, 2020 12:40 am Following our win over Wimbledon we are through to the knockout stages regardless of our result at Charlton. Its for League 1 and 2 clubs and a number of Premier League U23 sides isn't it?
