Just payed my money and on an Apple iPad. Do I just watch the game where it says watch live on the main website?

Got season card renewal yesterday after a bit of chasing. Now logged in on a windows laptop and have connected laptop to smart tv using an hdmi cable.

My misses redeemed the code on her phone. How do I input the code on my tv? I’m logged into the orient website through Firefox and I can’t see how I can do this? I try to play the match feed and it says I’m not valid or some such nonsense. They sure do make this hard.

On the top right of the screen should be. Not working button. Click that and send them a message.

You don’t appear to be able to watch it through a smart TV as the option to redeem a code does not exist. Maybe the club needs to allow smart TVs to work and watch through that medium as many people have smart TVs.
Also the link to say it’s not working does nothing either on a smart tv.
I’ve logged into my laptop and it works just fine. One day this club will arrive in the current century.

I had exactly the same problem Thora
Couldn’t find anywhere to enter the code and ended up paying £10 just to see the match.
Then no sound, but that’s working now.
Hoping I can get my £10 back before Christmas

I got it working on a laptop with the code, I couldn’t redeem it on my tv which is a shame as that’s why people bought nice TVs to watch good things on! As good as my laptop is it’s not tv quality.

When you redeem the code it credits your account. The code doesn't allow your device to watch the stream, it's allowing your account to watch the stream. So if you log in to the TV on your account (after redeeming the voucher on your laptop), then surely you can watch on the TV?
