Before Embleton was appointed I was hoping we would appoint a Manager with some good managerial experience behind him . As time goes by Embleton he's gaining that experience and is growing into the Manager I was hoping for so I'm very pleased with him . ( I know his title is actually Head Coach but for me he's the Manager ) A side issue, every time I type in R oss it reprints as Boss . Has anybody else noticed that . That's why I've used his surname instead of his first name.
