Possible signs of life on Venus

I'm going to wait for Thor's take on this before I decide how exciting it is, but phosphine has been put forward as the most reliable indicator of life as scientists haven't been able to find any other way it could even theoretically be produced.

Bloody worrying. They'll soon be coming over here on their Space Dinghies, stealing our jobs AND, er, claiming all those lovely benefits whilst dossing in mansions fit only for royalty and proper patriots. Send 'em back!

I’ve heard the most likely place to find activity in this solar system is Uranus.
