Still convinced that viggy took the man before the ball but alert finish from DJ.

Definite pen, no question. As they said in iFollow, a centre half does that and it’s given.

Thought Turley got lucky with the hand off as well.

Looked at the incident a few times and a penalty would have been harsh. Routine clash between two players going for the ball and with their eyes on the ball rather than each other. Vigouroux got the ball it seems. The ref and assistant, who had a clear view, got it right. No penalty.

Viagaroux blatantly didn’t get the ball, their little fella stuck his head on it, then Vigaroux hits him a fraction later. Argue that it was just a ‘routine clash’ by all means, but don’t make stuff up.

We got a bit of luck, it’s ok to admit that. They can’t overturn the decision now!

Yep, another one.

And another assist from Turley. He’s unplayable from set pieces. He has to start for that reason alone.

Not a penalty. Refs usually favour the keeper in such situations. Its become a game of non-contact nowadays as far as challenges on a goalkeeper are concerned.

Great alertness from DJ. He's a poacher for sure.

Anyone been able to get the "extended" highlights running on the O's website. I've tried every way I know and still get just a blank screen. I'm starting to get peed off with the how many times its difficult to be able to view something on the O's website. And before anyone asks - yes, I'm logged in; I've got a Windows 10 laptop; I've tried 3 different browsers etc etc.

In the meantime COYOS

There’s no doubt their guy got his head on it first, that is clear, but it’s impossible to suggest Vig didn’t either, ok after the Oldham guy. But going for the ball. Routine clash of two players going for the ball and not the man. Freeze frame is not clear enough to prove/disprove a Vig touch, I accept that. But for a second let’s assume Vig didn’t make contact with the ball. How many times during a game do two players go for the ball and only one gets it. Don’t make it a foul. And he is fully entitled to head, or go for a header, outside the box or in the box.

Not a penalty. Just an honest challenge between two competing players. If it happened between two outfield players in the centre circle nobody would even think it worth a mention.

Remember you saying that after the Brighton game. Sounds like he might get a chance with Happes injury.

I would have Turley and Happe as our first choice CB pairing.

But we didn’t get lucky. Well not according to Ross in his post match interview. I’ll take all the luck going but that wasn’t luck but the correct decision.

Didn’t get lucky?

We certainly didn’t deserve to lose. We were marginally better the side, so a 1-0 was not an unfair result - I called it with about 15 minutes to go that we were going to sneak it. There’s no luck in the final result.

But the ref got that one wrong.

It seems Redo cant do that .

As for his penalty thing

Vigaroux has the ball clearly bounce off his head &
Then he says people are making stuff up .

No doubt if that was at orient we would all be screaming for a pen and wouldn’t of complained much if it was awarded yesterday.

However we won a game that last season maybe we wouldn’t of and it’s great to see DJ scoring again and keeping a comfortable clean sheet.

If we lose yesterday then resting Jobi would of been criminal he is key for us to get anywhere near promotion.

Up the Os can’t wait for another win on Tuesday 👌

Happe could well be out for a a few games. If so it will be Turley and Coulson.
