Above he was calm, considered and laid out what we did wrong, gave the instructions to change, spoke about tactics and the players went out and delivered. Positives on both fronts. Nice to see and hear.
Speaking as someone who, on more than one occasion, has been thrown into a job I didn't really want or expect to have it's nice to see that he might be growing into the role.
