Im having trouble getting through regarding renewing my season ticket emailed club several times no reply is this normal

If you had applied prior to the current lockdown by the club you will be ok. If you are trying to renew after the date we stopped taking applications then you will be out of luck for now. The club have taken this action due to the uncertainty surrounding crowd numbers and how season ticket holders can be accommodated. Once further fans are allowed into the ground after the initial allowed number then the club will reassess the season ticket situation.

I get that .it would be nice if they tell me that instead of not replying to my emails that aside if you buy a season ticket i was under the impression they will stream games

I’m still waiting to hear if they have even received the tickets for the Exeter game which I returned in April.
No response to Emails, phone calls etc it’s getting to be the norm’
Shame ‘cos they do so many good things but this isn’t one of them.

Could be worse; could be trying to get thousands back on a cancelled holiday.
