football is a funny old game.
there stands a real quality player proven week in week out.
clubs are prepared to spend untold millions on players abroad they
have seen only a few times. he has abundance in quality, they should
be queuing up to sign him.

He is the most fouled for one reason; he is the one who dives the most (close between him and Zaha)
Other players at least sometimes try to stay on their feet upon contact.

Grealish is a great player who should be in and
around the England squad, Southgate wouldn’t
pick him as he was playing for a Championship
side at the time..
He’s probably unlikely to make the national squad now as he’s not playing for one of the big
6 clubs..

Top goal scorer and assist record for Villa this season by some margin; must have taken some time off from his diving...

Aside from his obvious class there’s a petulance about him off the pitch which may put larger clubs off spending the inflated price for English talent, especially as now Villa are staying in the Premier League this will be inflated further.
That being said everyone grows up mentally and that side of him may slip away.

Bit harsh seeing how well he has lead his team through a very difficult season at a still relatively young age.

What, lead them to near relegation and disgraced himself during lockdown?

Yeah kept them up, which would’ve been their aim at the start. Job done.

My comment was with regard to off field behaviour. John Terry was fantastic on the pitch but had some pretty poor off field behaviour, as an example.
As stated in the first part of my comment he’s got some obvious class on the pitch.
