Does the panel think we are a little top heavy with the coaching staff. Particularly with the current money climate within the club. What jobs will Brill Lawless and Jobi be responsible for.. These do not come cheap.

Why was it necessary to sack Danny Webb in the first place?

Wycombe and Brentford have historically been similar sized clubs. One is in the Championship and one is knocking on the Premier League door so what is the realistic ceiling for Orient?

Was Jobi considered for the assistant head coach role?

Is the coaching team of Embleton, Senda, MacAnuff and Brill the most inexperienced in the football league?
Is it by accident or design?

Very few people know and they ain't talking. Not even Danny Webb. Dont suppose we will ever see Dave Webb in the Legends Lounge again. He would spill the beans.

Is Danny Senda a threat to Ross as eventual Head coach/manager, or could he even have been brought in, deliberately with that in mind?

Reece Ottley and Emma Baughurst were let go due to needing a reduction in staffing numbers because of "the current economic climate", why has the club now hired another coach?

Reasonable question although I don’t expect Senda is earning the combined salaries of Reece and Emma so there would be a saving. Can’t guess how much though.
You could also argue that Brill or Jobi will do Emma’s job and Senda’s “great” coaching will improve players and therefore add value to the squad.

Sorry smendrick old bean, my poor grammatics. Should have been a full stop after 'Senda' & the start of a new paragraph. 4/10 must do better.

I know, couldn't resist a bit of pedantry.
Out of interest any idea when the likes of Travis, Teague or Macklin will be back on?

Maybe - as the old Met Police line in “ cold case” investigations goes “ allegiances may change over time” ? I still think it’s a pertinent question in the light of the Senda appointment. If the panellists can’t or won’t answer then fair enough.

Emma is a sport's scientist. If they want to add value to the squad, get a proper manager in and have Ross as number 2, where he is clearly better suited.

Out of interest, why do you think an assistant manager wouldn't earn more than an inexperience gk coach and a junior sport scientist?
Also, i think you are underestimating what sports scientists do.

I will let you know, currently trying to lose enough weight to ensure they're not skin tight.

I will be honest with you. Of course I've heard 3rd or 4th accounts of what went on, and obviously something serious happened involving DW and the manager/players. However to comment or repeat accounts from people who heard it from people would be a disservice to the show and to the listeners, and unfair on RE and DW. .
Both Ross and Dan are nice guys and it's sad that there had to be a parting of the ways. But if the rumours are true then tbf the club would have been left with little option.
Good luck to Dan with Romford.

I think Danny has hinted he will be on to update sometime in the next cpl of shows.
KT and NT will certainly be invited back on in the next few weeks.

Patently the club have determined that its a service we dont need. Are they underestimating sports science?
