My daughter has just shown me the Instagram of the kit videos they have done today. Jobi is wearing the best one, the white one. However, what the actual is going on? No stripes on the shorts? Did we forget them? Is this an oversight?

Yeah shorts let it down. Probably was extra money and really we won’t wear it that often, it’s understandably just done as a money spinner

Doubt it's a bespoke kit, so New Balance don't do the shorts with the strip just the shirt.
If it is a bespoke kit, it's been done as the club knows that the fans will buy it and at the end of the day not many shorts would get sold too.
Still think this should have been our home kit though, the other two look bland in comparison.

Quite right. It amazes me how many fans seem to be harping on about other colour strips
WE ARE RED, and thats how it must always be.
Obviously, when you play an away fixture to another team that wears red, you have to have a second strip of a different colour, but all this third strip nonsense leaves me cold

All the kits look nice, but have held off purchasing as the NB stuff just looks like cheap tat.
Happy to stand corrected if I'm wrong of course...?

Their running gear is excellent and from what I remember the 2019/20 kit was made of similar material. No clue about the 2020/21 kit though.

Yes, Not having stripes on the shorts lets the kit down. However, the braces shirt will look so much better when worn by fans in conjunction with their own attire - it's such a classic and unique shirt

May want to look into our history to be amazed on what colours the O's have worn through the years, though suspect you're just fishing for a response.

Might have to get some red materials and sew them red stripes on myself!
Through the netting has it right, worn with a nice pair of jeans if your a tory or beige cords if you're a socialist.

Here is a link to the Historical Football Kits website, showing Orient's many different styles and even various main colours.
My personal favourite is the 1945-46 season (White with a red V, black shorts and socks)
