But found no misconduct by the officers. Being sorry for the distress don’t mean they accept the officers were wrong. This story has a long way to run.

What is disturbing is that she failed to disclose who was driving three times. The officers who were sacked are appealing and no doubt will cite her conviction and deceit as evidence in their appeal. The officers concerned had about 140k in their ‘Just Giving’ fund raised to soften the blow. I agree, this matter will run and run.

He is a professional athlete also I understand, perhaps like Actors and Actresses in the ‘lower leagues’ work and track events dry up. They live in an affluent area so have to pay the bills but like many are probably living beyond their means. They may have bought the Tesla courtesy of The Metropolitan Police payout.

Sounds like she was probably driving and ignored the notices because she was already on 11 points.

The two officers who were sacked last year have been reinstated by a tribunal which called the original decision “irrational” and “inconsistent”.

The dismissed PCs were "dedicated, hard-working and much respected officers" whose reputations had been "ruined" by the original findings, Appeals Tribunal chairman Damien Moore said.
"Both officers did not lie. Both officers will now be reinstated to the Met Police. They should receive back-pay," he said.

So the officers could smell cannabis in their car?

Can you prove that they couldn't?

It’s an estate in central London, very unlikely there will ever be a smell of cannabis in the air

I smell that when I walk down Romford pedestrianised precinct. And Hornchurch High Street on Thursday to Sunday nights. Mary-J-Anna is so commonplace nowadays. A Government should make it legal and tax it, then they wouldn't have to cut the pensioners winter fuel allowance, probably be able to fund an increase in the State pension.

This post is not a WUM, it's serious.
