Wembley Stadium Bag Policy

Just two weeks to the big day!
Anybody experienced the new Wembley bag policy first hand:

Just wondering how I’m going to get my phone, iPod, kindle, Sunday paper, sandwiches, bottle of water, flask, rattle, FA trophy mug and giant foam hand in to the stadium?

Can we take our own food and drink into the Stadium provided we don't break the bag size rules ??

For health and safety reasons, plus of course they want to sell more food and drink within the stadium and improve profitability.

So you can take food and drinks in as long as it fits in this small bag or your pocket?
Bottle lids ok as well?

Genuine question, hoping for a genuine answer. Hoping to take as much in with us as possible so don’t get conned with Wembley extortionate prices.
