I think we should bring in an experienced assistant head coach. Peter Taylor or Wally Downes.

I thought Matt Harrold was staying on in a coaching job ?

And didn't Brill retire?

And why would you want objecting staff on your coaching team? Can only lead to discord, which tends to lead to poorer results.

Not necessarily as a challenged view can open up other possibilities of coaching, sessions, types, length or intensity. There is nothing wrong with discussing or challenging a perceived way of doing things, as an improvement or better session can come.out of it.

4 backroom staff have gone. To release monies or perhaps they will be replaced.
Assistant groundsman
Goalkeeping coach
Sports analyst
Head of marketing
Of course they may all have wanted to go to pastures new
