I’m a University student and currently studying the effects that Coronavirus (COVID-19) will have on football clubs. Leyton Orient is one of these clubs however our survey results so far show that Leyton Orient fans are unrepresented compared to other clubs. If you could fill out this survey that will help the club transition out of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, I would appreciate it massively.

You've asked far too many questions though so imagine most won't complete. You're also asking people to predict the future I.e. "How safe do you feel food is around the ground post covid" or "how much will you spend pre match post covid".

Which will give a FALSE representation as The O's have our own
Streaming service which means all stream fees go to the Club.
Not a 3rd party .

A couple of pointers which may help utilise the survey:
The following question comes at the end of the BEFORE Covid section but it belongs in the AFTER Covid section. Same for the Away matches version of the same question.
How many home matches do you predict you’ll attend during the season after the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak?
Consider allowing multiple answers on the away game questions. For example you have a question about how I travel to away games and it only allows me to input one option. In reality I use different methods depending on how far away/when the game is. Same for how much I spend on away games.
You should also consider adding a “don’t know” option for the majority of the future action questions. The survey forces me to tell you how many games I’ll go to next season but at this stage I really don’t know. You could mitigate this by rewording the question text (i.e. “At the current moment in time, how many away games is it likely you will attend post Covid?
