I'm sure Dis will post something like this.

I blame Ling for the failure of the Italians and can't believe that T&T hired him despite the mess he created during the Italians reign even though he wasn't there.

What happened to the dubious rival “investors” the OTF ladz were so keen on? Did they turn up at another club?

I'm glad it happened. I'd have hated to have lost my footy team.

I was doing Dry June that year.

Don't think I've even had a better excuse to get back on it - and I took it !

We were extremely lucky to have had an avid fan who was the CEO of a large company in America, his determination to get the club off Coco was admirable. We have gone from having the worst chairman in our history to one of the best.

I remember I was at Glastonbury and got back to my tent. Turned my phone on briefly and had a load of messages. That was a great night.

He turned up at Billercay at one point, not sure if he’s still there though.

Their excellent communications to the fans continues. These guys are very good at this aspect.

Nah, he barely stayed around long enough for the pre-season friendly against Orient that summer. Disappeared as quickly as he appeared - definitely one of the weirder parts of that period, the whole #TeamBowers #Magnificent7 fawning and LOFT-baiting.
