Correct so post videos of them that are actually of them, there's plenty out there. Not random people with audio of Chelsea fans that's 5 years old over it.

Then there is video footage which appears to show demonstrators “defending” Churchill’s statue and the Cenotaph by performing Nazi salutes and chanting “Eng-er-land”. This, again, is very confusing.

Any descent into violence is almost inevitable given the events over the past couple of weeks where one side has been seen to be able to do pretty much what they like with impunity, but today the riot police are out in force.

Hopefully people return home as requested at 5.00pm.

No defence of someone doing this in the same way as there was no defence for someone climbing on the Cenotaph and setting light to the Union Flag, in the same way as throwing Boris bikes at police horses, in the same way of firing flares and fireworks at police horses to spook them.

There are idiots on both sides who do things that are out of order and that they should be arrested and prosecuted for.

I suppose the only way to decide the result is to compare the number of police injuries this weekend compared to last weekend.

Why compare the number of police injuries. Look at the overwhelming evidence. Last week was a large peaceful protest with a few random acts of graffiti etc, that turn violent for a while later. Today's effort was a small gathering where right from the get go, a large proportion of the overall number attack the police and then went on a hunt for the BLM protest. The BLM protest although vastly smaller than last week still outnumbered the other lot. Also I didn't see any drinking amongst the BLM protestors but many many of the other lot were drinking from and throwing cans and bottles.
