Released by Shrewsbury. In normal circumstances I would say get him on the building for a year. Can't see it happening though.
Former Orient striker Armand Gnadulet is a free agent and wanted by Charlton.
Peterborough striker Ivan Toney is set for a "big money" move to the Championship or possibly one of the big two in Scotland Peterborough would like Ruel Sotiriou as his replacement.

Vincelot said to me a few years ago that he loved living in east london and would like to come back. 34 year old with quite a few injuries, i'm not sure. But could still do a better job as a holding midfielder than anything we have.

I saw him play last season and he could easily play in league two as a defensive midfield player
Even if he didn't start he would be massive for us coming on late in games to shore things up if needed. Can play at the back too if needed.

Don’t know about Sotiriou to Posh but as I’ve said elsewhere, Aaron McLean has been released as their Striker Coach, could do worse than offer him a similarly role here.

You are not wrong, his local was the Duke in Wanstead where he was a regular

Don't get me wrong, Vincelot was great, but that was 7 years ago and he's 34 and crocked the half the time now.

No thanks Cisse 5 years younger plus we have Jobi as well hopefully. Vincelot could not get away from us any quicker than he did

As much as I loved the fella, he's no use to us now and you are right about getting away, but not for want of loving the club. It was what it had become he ran away from.

It reminds me of Steve Castle in 2000. He was 34 and everyone was excited about his return to E10. It didn`t end well.

Stevenage have made six signings so far. Should help them stabilise.

Have they definitely been relegated to the National League does anyone know ??
I thought that there was a movement to have Macclesfield relegated because of their financial misdemeanours.

Six signings including Vincelot . Perhaps they expect to remain in the league. Cannot see all the players they signed to play in the National League. Must be paying them good money.
