Like in I want to spend five hours in a plane to a country I can't get in to, and spend 2 weeks in quarantine when I get back.

Quarantine policy will be a dead duck within weeks - in the meantime I would be cautious in giving any airline / travel company any money upfront .
Those Virgin fannies still owe me - unlawfully. But hey-ho happy to support the tax exile fanny

My niece in New Zealand has worked in the travel agents buisness for the last 5 years
Shes a well travelled girl & because of her knowledge & entusiasm has won
4 holidays run by her company over that time through bonus rewards on sales.

I watched the programme about Monaco tonight, since our Gracie ( oops! wrong one ) croaked, the place has gone properly downhill. Full of nouveau riche & riff-raff, I shall be heading to Capri when I get the shackles removed.

I don’t think there will be a rush to book a holiday until all Travel companies reimburse people for cancelled trips . Anybody rebooking to go in the next 3 months must be mad knowing that there could be a second wave of Covid 19

Travel Agent shops are a take on. Shops like Tui don’t want to give prices that are shown online unless you really press them. On my last Tui holiday where I booked on line unfortunately my printer broke down and I could not print off boarding passes. I went to my shop in town and gave them my booking ref and asked them to print off my boarding passes. They wanted £25 . Friends who booked with them to go this spring are still waiting for refunds 3months later. Shambles
