Mostly they’re a silly self-indulgence but some can be good: my old mate Comfort Break used the Alex Reid alias to get under the skin and deflate pompous windbags like OFF and CEB with much success some years back. Still miss CB.

I have never had any other user name on this forum.

I registered for this forum ages ago; and have read it regularly. However, when it came to deciding to contribute; I couldn't even remember my password - so had to reset it via an email. I'm sure that the board owner or Mods could check the relevant techy stuff.

In fact, why would anyone even bother to have a different account; unless they are suffering from some form of schizophrenia?
