Smoked cheese=Yuck. Feta crumbled in a salad is divine. Especially good with beetroot and walnuts.

Spinach and Feta on puff pastry base is one of my go to dishes, with pine nuts and sun dried tomatoes. Although don't overcook the Feta as it goes too dry.
