BTW - you can prove what a free thinker you are by leaving Cheddar out of your selections - I know I did.

2 things I find hard to get here in Ireland.
Yorkshire tea and Lancashire cheese.
It's creamy crumbly and comforting.

Feta is a go to to liven up a salad. A small sprinkling goes a long way to add a punch of cheesy saltiness.
