While we're all making our minds up about Chocolate, Digby Chicken Ceasar suggested the next edition should be cheese, and I concur (despite disliking the stuff as a child, indeed it was only when I met Mrs Spike in my late 20s that I slowly came to enjoy the stuff - introduced with a lovely Brie on holiday near Montauban)

In my humble opinion, Oxford Isis is the best cheese from these fair isles (Collea being an honourable mention). Bit stinky tho.
