It will be 3 weeks from the Braintree match until Wembley. The players are in Spain for 4 days & I think they will return to training next week. Do you think we will have a friendly/warm up match as 3 weeks between matches is a long while? May be difficult to find opposition though as all club are now finishing their seasons

Someone mentioned a game against Villa U23s on here.
Would love it to be at home and open to fans.

Wonder how a fixture like this gets arranged?
Does Justin just start ringing everybody in his phone book asking if they fancy a game?

I’d imagine Deano was one of the first calls Lingy made, if not the first.

Must confess until around 1985 Villa were my English team. Motherwell - Villa penants sharing almost equal place on the bedroom wall.
Either side of The Jam and The Who posters and my stylised THE JAM logo
Then from 1987 Orient. It's been so downhill since then.

Thats is where your analogy falls down. Because my equiv of Spenymoor is Johnstone Burgh. Always my first team.
