Second Semi Final.

Many might think that this should have been the final - well they'd be wrong. It's no guarantee that whichever part of the Corleone story that triumphs by this time tomorrow will be able to beat Goodfellas (assuming SF1 goes that way).

As a side note, in 2018 I went on a day trip in Sicily and we visited many of the sites used in the filming of Godfather II - including the bar where Michael met Appolonia's father. It was a very good trip.

This would have been a crap final, because Part 2 would easily win. Only Goodfellas can give it a run for its money in the final.

There's not many films where a sequel is better than the deservedly Oscar Best Movie winning original...

Well this is going exactly as predicted. Can't wait for the Final.

Once the final polls are up later this evening, I shall also put up a post for the next film genre category - it's a surprise.

Clearly Part 2 is a far far better movie. This SF is no contest.
