Love all these films (except Infernal Affairs) so it's tough choice. I think Godfather and Casino are shoe ins, but they're all superb. Other than those 2 I've gone for Road to Perdition and Sexy Beast.

I have to dock this film points based just on this clip alone. The airplane interior suggests it is an Avro RJ85. There's just no way an airline would utilise this jet on such a route.

Seriously people, your memories are playing tricks with you. Go back and watch The Krays, realise your mistake, and change your vote to Infernal Affairs instead.
