He genuinely is fascinating to me that someone like that, so obviously narcissistic can get to where he has gotten to. I dont actually think everything he has done is bad. But the coronavirus really has brought the worst out in him. It's bizarre how he's got to this stage and how he even has a chance of re-election. Only in America.

You say that but then look around at the numpties who still think Boris is great and would vote him back in to power in an instant. I don't think we can pretend to be any better over here. Big personality, big gob, big bank balance, bit quirky, bit of a womaniser and who gives a crap about your morals, ethics, ability - it seems to work both sides of the Atlantic.

One key thing about who gets elected in not necessarily their ability but the quality of the opposition. Boris didn’t have much to beat.

May well be different if Starmer gets it together.

Fair to say it isn't THAT far off after banning some journos from number 10 briefings but i think Trump is a new level. I literally wouldn't put anything past him.

Isn’t trump correct on calling out fake news?

They've both struck gold in terms of the absolute dogshit opposition they've faced.

It allowed both of them to make inroads into places they don't traditionally win thus making Starmer/Biden's job a lot harder

Any brittle manchild who can't handle questions from journalists should be no where near nuclear buttons.
