In this country the churches and other religious buildings are all closed with most doing on-line worship of some kind. In some US states the churches that put thousands of dollars into political campaigns are demanding that they are allowed to stay open and in some cases the state government is over-riding City Mayors. This is at the same time as the Chief Medical Officer of Kansas has stated that the four major outbreaks of Covis in his state eminated from church congregations. It must be remembered that in the US Religion Industry conregations can be numbered in thousands.

One of these preachers had the line "God is within me I cannot get this virus", but it sure can get the people you make money out of!

And when science comes up with a vaccine I have no doubt they'll all be praising the Lord for their deliverance.

Let’s hope the Lord gets his skates on and delivers the solution soon.

On a slightly related note, the arena version of Tim Rice's and Andrew Lloyd-Webber's Jesus Christ Superstar is available for free on YouTube tonight. My favourite musical, and although this is not my favourite production it's very good.

A few familiar faces in it - Tim Minchin (Judas) and Mel C (Mary Magdalene).
