Re: Are You Missing Watching Football........
I wasn’t at the beginning of lockdown but I am now and I’m really going to miss the 4-day cricket at Chelmsford. First summer of retirement and I was looking forward to catching plenty of cricket, sun rays and a few scoops on a summers day

Re: Are You Missing Watching Football........
Surprisingly No. Not missing the crap being aimed at the boss, players and poor results, including by me sometimes. Not missing the desperately poor performances, the travel to and from games. Missing the away trips a bit, but more because the weekends away than the games. Not missing the waste of money.
But Next season I’ll be back. After lockdown even going to Brisbane Road will seem good.

Nope
Im missing a haircut more
Or indeed normality of life,
Without fear of needing to duck when someone coughs or sneezes within 20feet of me .

I don't think we will be seeing any more live EFL games now, this season. The Government will definitely not allow any
supporter based sport until the pandemic is well and truly over. They would not dare risk another wave of Covid-19 just to
allow the League games to finish to conclusions. They only way conclusions will happen is to play the games behind closed
doors or to scrap the season altogether.

I normally get my hair cut every 3 weeks, and just had it done before the lockdown so it's looking good right now!

Hand on heart no.I may well start becoming selective about which games I'll turn up for.I'll still get a season ticket but if we're playing badly I'll stay away.

Re: Are You Missing Watching Football........
Not missing football at all. Also drinking far less as I spent too many evenings sat in front of TV watching any game that was on with a bottle of plonk.
Been watching a few classic movies I never got around to watching like Vertigo, Rear Window and Butch Cassidy & The Sundance Kid. And been listening to a lot of music. I am discovering how intrusive live TV sport is.
Thing I miss is meeting mates at pub before & after games.

Missing having a few games on tv but not particularly missing getting wound up at the Orient.
Think sky sports are playing lots of ‘classic’ matches this weekend so may get on a few of those. Apart from orient v Rotherham.

Re: Are You Missing Watching Football........
For the first time since lockdown I actually fancy watching a match on the telly. But I don’t have BT sports or Sky, so looks like my options today are limited to either Belarus on youtube or Poland on freesport. Maybe I’m not that desperate...yet.
