These are two personal life choices that you have made. You are perfectly entitled to make such choices. That being so, the 'torture' that you will be inflicting on yourself (more accurately described as masochism) is entirely your own doing. There is no reason for me to be impressed and/or sympathetic to your plight.

I'd be seriously surprised if he is genuinely 1 and/or 2.

I challenge the author to post a photo of themself with a message such as 'up the o's' on a piece of paper as proof.

I would like to make it plain that I fully respect everybody's right to believe whatever they choose. However, I'm not obliged to respect 'what' they believe. I hope that doesn't sound antagonistic - it's not meant to.
