Apart from winning my opening bout in the hardest boarder contest today is gonna be a real test , i badly need a hair cut and have purchased a set of hair Clippers , I'm gonna let the wife loose on my locks for the first time in a 26 years marriage , wish me luck people

Never had a shaved head but considering it atm. Not sure if a beard trimmer will do the job though.

Mrs Spike has been clipping my hair every month for the last 20 or so years. Must have saved a couple of grand in haircuts over that time.

I haven't shaved in three weeks.

I was shocked to discover that my beard is bright ginger. Now that's a hard day.

I got my wife to shave mine all off.
Looks and feels great.

I did the same Ron. Bought a set of clippers from the local DIY store and had Mrs Gold do the business.

She did a pretty good job. Didn't give her a tip though as I had to brush up the clippings.

Don’t worry BIGRON ,you won’t be the only one with a bad haircut. We’re all in the same boat. Things are gonna start turning ugly out there .

No just my usual handsome self. My son borrowed the clippers and now has a No 1 Baldilocks cut.

The wife struggled so I ended up doing it my self , didn't make a bad job of it although I might wear a hat if I go out

Hadn't shaved since lock down and I thought I was cutting a rather sophisticated, mature 'Connery-esque' look with rugged grey foliage.

Until my eldest said after sending a video message to my Grandaughter that "..... Didn't realise Grandad had gone hobo"

It's gone now.

Top tip!
Get her to check she's put the spacer on, then YOU check the spacers on. First time the wife did it, I heard the exclamation, whoops. A look in the mirror revealed a neat path cut through the centre of the head. Remember, once cut you can't stick it back on.

Half way through a haircut .

Needs a recharge for round 2
Although im kind of liking the

Makes a refreshing change from
