I have found a packet of Prinskorv, which are mini cooked ‘smoke flavoured’ pork and beef sausages from Ikea (that's the Swedish reference). I intend to fry these up to warm them through, and then put them in a toasted bun in which I also melt grated Monterey Jack cheese. I will then add some spicy tomato relish and American style mustard.

That’s got to be fantastic, hasn’t it? What other homemade concoctions are boarders coming up with to while away the time?
