Best show yet IMHO.

Alan Comfort was good value enjoyed hearing about his career in general and time at the O's in perticular, he really was exciting to watch. The interview by Steve Tongue with Kent Teague was excellent and he clearly remains very commited to the club and reiterated that he intends to make his financial investment a gift to the club. ended with him getting very emotional about Justin who he obviously held in great regard.

Being against same-sex marriage is not being homophobic.

Does that mean the loan from Eagle Investments (£3m as last disclosed, probably about £5m by now) will be written off in the books of both companies? That’s great news.

Look forward to seeing this in the next set of published accounts later this month. 👍

Why don't you listen to it yourself then you will be able to appreciate exactly what he said. It's the last ten minutes of the show.
He is only one of a number of members of eagle his part will be eventually written off not so sure about the others.

It's a shame the club can't put official info out through official channels, instead we are expected to tap into a myriad of unofficial sources to find out what's going on.

Thanks for confirming where it is, I'll have a listen later.

It's concerning to hear that there are all these unnamed mystery investors who own #ourclub and we haven't got the first clue about who they are or what their intentions are....

What a player Alan Comfort was. He was worth the entrance fee alone. The number of times he drifted in from the left and drilled in shots with his right was frightening and he terrorised defences in his position on the left wing. Scored more goals than Kevin Campbell apparently. Now, i'm not an expert but i'm not so sure he would have had the same impact as a left back. Maybe Ross might have had other ideas.. I may be wrong but his major attributes were running at defenders in forward positions. tackling, and defending, not so sure. Ross ,i'm not saying that Brophy is anywhere near Comfort but is there any chance at all that we can see him in his rightful position now that we are safe ??

If only Brophy could shoot like Comfort used to.

The most positive comments we've ever had for a show. Alan and Kent a great listen and Steve Tongue is a great journo.

What a player 150 appearances and 46 goals
Have spoken to Alan many times, not only a great player but also a top bloke
Memories of that play off against Wrexham is like yesterday. scorcher from Harvey and then the time seemed to stop has Cooper got the second - Get in
Chris Turner who sacked him at Cambridge - Is that the same guy who was here with Sitton?

Brophy can't shoot well with his right foot. If he could, he would be paying at a higher level.

At the Chairman evening NT mentioned a US friend of his had invested. Sounded though as if not a major input. Accoring to KT the additional new investors were not on board just yet. Sounded as if they are also from USA

No it isn't there was a bloke of the same name who managed at Cambridge Utd, Peterborough and a couple of other places - obviously didn't know a good payer when he saw one. Comfort was fantastic to watch almost unplayable at times the ball seemed to be glued to his boot.

The person who invested previously is on the board of Pepsi as advised by the owners previously.

Absolutely brilliant show and arguably the best one yet. If you are not enthralled by Alan or moved by Kent then you have no emotion.

Kent has reinvigorated my belief back in the direction the club is taking and will continue to take going forwards.

Top show, well done to Steve and Andy.

Andy a suggestion and not meant to disrespect anyone else who is on the show, but Steve Tongue was excellent on this episode, why not give him a show once a month, Steve Tongue in discussion with........ where he talks one on one with someone related to the club much like the KT interview which is probably the best 10 minutes you have had on any of the shows.
